Refunds Policy
*I will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
*Shipping cost/loss not included. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
*Refund to buyer will be done after approval. It may take up to 7 days.
Returns Policy
*In the event that you are unhappy with your order, you are entitled to return it up to 14 days after your order arrives.
*Buyer is responsible for all returning shipping costs. You can also return parcel direct to me - please contact me for more info.
*If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you have up to 14 days to return it for a cash refund. But first you need to contact me within 3 days and send me the photo where I can see that item came to you already damaged/broken. !!!In photo I should see my original packing with the item!!!
*You will be refunded only after you send me back the item with its original packing.
Cancelation
*You are entitled to cancel your order within 2 days without giving any reason for doing so. Buyer is responsible for making requests within this timeframe.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through etnocrafts.lt or its related sites and services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including zyro.com, STRIPE or any third party services you access through my page.
Information I Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom orders for example) or phone number for express shipping, if you contact me directly.

If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
